Vikki is a true 'Guernsey Girl' who first joined the property industry in January 2012. Since then she has gained extensive knowledge in all areas of the Guernsey residential property market from leading a residential letting team team to Local Market and Open Market Sales.

Having previously worked for 15 years in the finance industry in client facing roles, Vikki is a real people person and prides herself on providing exceptional client service. Vikki has a proven track record, latterly in high end Local Market and Open Market Property sales, but can turn her hand to all aspects of the Guernsey property market.

Vikki founded VB Property in June 2021 with the aim of creating a relaxed yet professional estate agency, offering clients true personalised service and expert guidance throughout the property selling and buying process.

Outside of work Vikki can be found walking the South Coast Cliffs of Guernsey, enjoying the outdoor lifestyle and is a true ambassador of her island home. She also enjoys travelling.

Hannah is also a true 'Guernsey Girl' who first joined the property industry in 2012. Hannah has property in her blood, being the daughter of a very well regarded property developer on the Island. With a strong track record of working within the Guernsey property market, Hannah brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for delivering results that exceed clients' expectations. 

Hannah also worked with Vikki for over seven years previously at a local well respected estate agency. Having taken a break to have and raise her two sons, Hannah joined Vikki in May 2024 and is an integral part of the growth plans for VB Property.

Outside of work Hannah can be found working out in the gym, spending quality family time with her husband and two boys and on fair weather days, on the golf course.
